Privacy Policy

Relay (https://skyvision.ro) is a social media publishing tool operated by FiTi (“we”, “us”). It lets our team and our clients upload videos and photos, write captions, schedule posts and publish them to the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts that they connect. This policy explains what data Relay processes and why. (Pe scurt, în română: folosim datele doar ca să publicăm ce ne cereţi, pe conturile pe care le conectaţi.)

1. Information we collect

• Relay user accounts: name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Connected social media accounts: when you connect an account, the platform sends us the account identifier, name, username, profile picture and an access token. For TikTok this includes your open ID, display name, avatar and the creator information needed to post (for example the privacy options available to your account). For Meta this includes the IDs and names of the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose to share with Relay.
• Content you upload: videos, photos, cover images, captions, titles, hashtags and scheduling settings.
• Publishing results: post status and links, statistics returned by the platforms (such as views, likes, comments, shares and saves) and the comments on posts published through Relay.

We do not collect data about people who simply view your posts, other than the public comments the platforms return for posts published through Relay.

2. How we use information

• To publish and schedule your content exactly on the accounts, formats and settings you select.
• To show publishing status, statistics and comments for your posts.
• To keep your connected accounts working (for example refreshing access tokens) and to secure and troubleshoot the service.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

3. Sharing

Your content and captions are sent only to the platforms you choose, through their official APIs (TikTok Content Posting API, Meta Graph API, YouTube Data API and LinkedIn API). We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers controlled by FiTi. Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM), passwords are hashed, and all traffic uses HTTPS. Only authorised members of your team can access your clients’ data.

5. Retention

• Uploaded media files are deleted from our servers after publication, within the retention period configured in Relay (30 days by default).
• Post links and statistics are kept while the client exists in Relay, so you can see results over time.
• Access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect an account or delete a client.
• All other data is deleted when you ask us to delete it (see “Data deletion”).

6. Your choices and rights

You can disconnect any account at any time in Relay (Client settings › Accounts) and revoke Relay’s access directly on each platform: TikTok (Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions), Facebook (Settings › Business integrations), Instagram (Settings › Apps and websites), Google (myaccount.google.com › Third-party connections) and LinkedIn (Settings › Data privacy › Permitted services).

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data and to object to its processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

7. Data deletion

To delete your data, disconnect the account in Relay (its token is removed immediately) and email us from the address of your Relay account, or tell us the name of the connected account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete the related data within 30 days and confirm by email.

8. YouTube

Relay uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

9. Age

Relay is intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify Relay users.
