Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Relay, a social media publishing tool operated by FiTi. By using Relay you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Relay helps authorised users prepare, schedule and publish videos and photos to the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts they manage, and shows the results and comments of those posts.

2. Access

Relay accounts are created by the operator for its team and clients; the service is not open to the public. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to manage every social media account you connect.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to store, process and transmit it only as needed to publish it where and when you instruct. You confirm that you have all the rights needed for your content, including music, images and the consent of people who appear in it.

4. Platform rules

You must follow the rules of each platform you publish to, including:

Before a post is published on TikTok you choose who can see it and whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed. Relay publishes only after your explicit action, either “Publish now” or a schedule you set.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Relay to publish illegal, infringing, misleading, hateful or harmful content, to send spam, or to bypass the limits and security measures of the platforms.

6. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on the availability, limits and decisions of the platforms. We are not responsible for their actions, such as content removal, reduced reach, rate limits, outages or changes to their APIs.

7. Availability

Relay is provided “as is”. Features may change and the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data resulting from the use of Relay.

9. Termination

You can stop using Relay and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access if these terms or the platforms’ rules are breached.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are handled by the competent courts in Romania.
